If you have a small amount of money and want to purchase makeup but don't know where to start,

Mascara
Use black Volumizing Mascara. You can also use Lengthening Mascara if you want to. It is 1 stardollar less, so if you want to save a little, there you go. Volumizing Mascara has a bolder effect, but since eye shadow covers a lot of the lash area, either one will work fine.
EyeShadow
Though there are many colors of EyeShadow, a dark color is best. I am using black/Shadow but a dark brown, purple, or navy blue will work. It can be very hard to get the eyeshadow to the correct shape but practice makes perfect.

Eyepencil
You may look at this item and think-- 'What good is this for?'
Its actually good for a lot. Put this only at the inner corners of your eyes. It will make you eyes look bigger and keep them from disappearing into black blobs.

Well now I'm back for good if everything goes well.
Today I did just a basic everyday make up, grey smoke eyes.
1. I used 4 fake eyelashes.
2.The next thing I do is I found grey sephora (I think there's also grey eyeshadow from dot), I try to use not to much.
3.Then I put just a tiny bit of black eyeshadow from dot over the grey eyeshadow.
4. For some final touch on the eye shadow I found white-grey eye shadow from dot and put on the corners of the eyelid.
5.After that I used little blush and I also used red lipstick from dot.

A lot of you are confused about following blogs, so I'm going to explain to you how and why you should follow your favourite blogs!
Why should I follow a blog?
There are a lot of reasons to follow a blog, and I'll tell you a few.
Are you tired of searching through blogs trying to find some new gossip? Well when you follow a blog, you don't need to do that anymore! You will have all new posts delivered to you on your dashboard. I'll explain about that later in the post.
Another good reason to follow a blog is for competitions. Lots of blogs hold competitions, and some require that you are a follower of their blog to enter.
How do I follow a blog?
So, you've probably noticed a box like this on the side of some blogs, but you didn't know what it was all about.
So now you know a bit about why you should follow a blog, you're ready to get started. Click the follow button on the side of your favourite blog.
A new webpage should pop up that looks like this:
If you own a Google, AIM, Yahoo, Netlog or OpenID account, click that icon and sign in. If you don't, you can sign up for one. For this example, I'll click on Google.
A new page will come up with this box on the side.
If you don't have a Google account, just click 'Create an account now'
When you have done that, you can sign in.
Then, go back to the blog you want to follow, and click Follow.
A box like this will pop up:
If you click 'Follow Publicly', your picture will show up in the list of followers, and the owner will be able to see who's following their blog.
If you click 'Follow Privately', you will still recieve updates whenever that blog has a new post, but you won't show up in their list of followers, and the owner won't know you love their blog!
When you are a follower of all the blogs you love, you can log onto Blogger everyday to see the news. On your dashboard, you will see updates like the ones shown below.
The updates show the start of the post, so you can see if you think it's interesting. They also show the first picture in the post and who wrote it.
There is a link to each post that you can click on if you want to read the rest of the article.

1. Have you used blogger.com before? We need to know this because we need someone who is reasonably experienced at using blogger. If you haven't used blogger before, maybe you should try it out and apply next time.
2. Do you know how to add pictures to posts on blogger? The reason for this question is pretty obvious. :)
3. Are you reasonably experienced with taking screenshots and editing them? We need you to be able to produce pictures like we have on most of our posts. This is because posts are much more easy and fun to read if they have pictures. People get turned off by big blocks of writing with no pictures.
4. Do you have a good standard of English? We want to see well-written posts. We don't mind the odd grammar or spelling mistake, but we definitely don't want to see posts written in 'txt tlk'.
5. How often do you come on Stardoll? We want someone who logs on a lot and gets all the Stardoll news and gossip as it happens, not a week later :)
6. How often would you write posts for your Stardoll girl? We want to see a lot of posts, but only if you have something good to write about. We would love 1-3 posts a day, but if you can't do that, we don't want to see posts about boring topics, or just saying you're bored. You don't need to do 1-3 everyday, it's just a rough guideline.
7. Do you write for your own or someone elses blog/magazine? We want someone who will write posts exclusive to us. It's alright if you do write for someone else as long as you write different posts for both, as we don't want to have the same articles as another site. You can leave a link to a blog you've written for so we can see your writing style.
8. Why do you want to write for your-Stardoll girl? Just a few sentences to let us know why we should choose you over everyone else.If you want to write for us for the fame or so you can advertise your club/blog/magazine, then don't bother applying. We want to deliver high quality gossip and news, we don't want our readers to be constantly advertised at.

Hello dolls.
Stardoll added a new "feature" in the beauty parlor. When you have too much of a certain makeup item on, a little purple blocked sign comes up. In the picture below, I was putting on lipstick and after a few coats it came up. I noticed that it comes up for most makeup items.
Personally, I wish that we could put on as many coats or layers as out hearts desire, but stardoll obviously has a different plan.

Hey dollies! Once again, its me. I though I would
do a tutorial on some nice makeup, just for fun. So here it is!
First put both black mascara and lengthening mascara on.
Then add black eyeliner to the edges, and white eyeliner to the other side.
After that, add the wine red eyshadow to the edges
Follow up with the tan eyeshadow towards the nose like this (hard to explain use pic)
Then add the white eyeshadow right at the edge of the eye to fill in the gap
And finish with gray and tan shadesticks right at the eyelid.
These are the colored eyeshadow, the other things are easy to remember
